How do I return an item?

Peace Surplus stands behind providing you with the best outdoor products on the market and is committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We will provide you with a full refund of the cost of the item as long as the returns policies have been met. We have outlined the following return and warranty policies below.

Returns:

· Online purchases from peacesurplus.com may be returned within 45 days of purchase. The item must be in re-sellable condition and in original packaging.

· For safety reasons, no returns may be made on climbing equipment or food.

· You must have the original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.

· For local residents, online returns may be made in person at our brick and mortar location.

· Returned shipping fees are at the cost of the customer.

Warranties:

· Any item purchased through peacesurplus.com is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty.

· Peace Surplus must act on your behalf for any warranty item with the manufacturer.

· Warranty items are subject to Peace Surplus approval as well as the manufacturer approval.

· Warranty return shipping fees are at the cost of the customer.

· Please allow 4-6 weeks to process warranty returns.
